Architectural Change Requests
1. Consult the Design Guidelines
2. Fill out the SFMC, Inc. Bradley Square HOA-ARC Application.
3. Email your fully-completed application, with required documentation, to Amie Norris at [email protected]
4. SFMC will review your application and, if approved, will forward it to the TAC ARC Committee
5. The TAC ARC Committee will review all forwarded applications once monthly at an open meeting (see calendar)
